Classic Habitat Design - The circle represents the Earth and the cycle of life. This photo shows the habitat or home of where this fish lives. The pool of water is only temporary, maybe 2-4 months, and then it dries out. These annual killifishes live their whole lives in this small pool of water. They hatch from eggs, eat and grow up, then lay new eggs for the next year, and die. All of this is happening in 2-4 months.
