Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are made individually, by hand, according to your specific order. They are completed and shipped as soon as possible usually within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Sometimes, due to our supplier delivery times, we are not able to complete your order within 7 days. We will do our best to get your order shipped to you within the 7-day period. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped. Thank you for your patience and your purchase.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free economy shipping applies to certain purchase amounts.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will have longer delivery times.
International shipping destinations will have longer delivery times.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please verify that your address is correct. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update request will be processed. If your order has already been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier to update your address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our chosen shipping carrier’s website.
Undeliverable
If your shipment is returned to us by the shipping carrier and marked as undeliverable, we will do our best to communicate with you to try and get your corrected information and re-ship the item if possible. If it was not delivered to you because of your fault, there will be additional shipping fees applied on the reshipment of your items even if you had free shipping.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Pato Prints is not liable or responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@patoprints.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). Any lost packages will need to have a claim submitted by you with the shipping company and we will assist the best we can. If it is determined to be permanently lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace and ship again with the same item(s). Please send proof of the lost package in an email to us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pato Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. For additional information about returns, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy if you any questions.
