Thank you for shopping at Pato Prints. Each custom designer t-shirt is hand-made individually to your specific order. We personally verify that all items shipped are free of defects and errors.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange ONLY under the conditions outlined below.
Refunds
Since each custom t-shirt is made specifically to your order, we unfortunately need to inform you that all sales are final; however, you are able to return your purchase for the same shirt (please read below).
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
The item can only be returned if it caused by an error we made or due to defects we didn’t notice.
Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Send us an attached photo of the incorrect or damaged item in your return email.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) of the item is also required in your email.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items.
Items damaged or lost because of the shipping company, please see our Shipping Policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@patoprints.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Do NOT send us the item first. Please wait for our response.
Return shipping
Pato Prints is responsible for return shipping fees for an incorrect or defective item shipped.
A photo of the incorrect or defective item must be emailed to support@patoprints.com showing that the item shipped does not match the order receipt or the defect on the shirt.
Once your email is received by us with the photo and receipt attached, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email.
After we receive your order a replacement item will be mailed to you at your listed address.
Exchanges
We will only exchange the returned item for the same item you purchased. We will not exchange the item for a different item in our collection. We will only replace the item if it is due to our error.
